The truck was not available in the chosen city. The same day we had to drive 3 hours to pick him up. Once there, the service took 1h30. Customer service is only in English or Spanish and they never returned our call to get the credit they promised us. I do not recommend this company, it was the last time.

Luc BLocation was changed from the one I had initially selected, and also truck was changed from Self-Pickup to "Pickup-At-Desk". I wasn't aware of this change and as a result I almost arrived after the location closed. In the end, no big deal, but this seems like an important change. If this was intentional this should have been communicated.
