My contract number is87023475 they failed to give me a receipt for my return they lied to me about the money on my card said it would be returned after I returned the trailer then gave me an excuse of there printer wasn't working so I couldn't get a receipt

We returned the truck late and was not able to find the key drop off. There was little to no outside lighting. We even called the Uhaul number to see where to drop off the key. We were told that we had to drop it off at the office in the morning because they did not know where the drop off box was either. I had to go out of my way to drop the key off. I did find the key drop off the next day but it was not on the building but located on a post in front of the building. This would have been important information to know before hand.

I returned the truck looking just like it looked when I rented it. It had not been washed, but was not dirty when I rented it. It was a hot sunny day and there was no wet roads, however the person I returned it to wanted me to go wash the truck to avoid being charged a $ 25 wash fee. I told him I would not and would contact Uhaul if necessary since the truck looked just like it did when I rented it.

the uhaul worker hooked up my trailer. he said my hitch was weak but it would be ok.it was not ok. the hitch broke, causing damage to my truck. I dont think they should have let me ride off with a trailer and telling me it would be ok. i trusted their judgement.

The last two times I rented from uhaul it took hours just to rent the equipment because of the computer system thinking of buying my own equipment so don’t have to bother with uhaul anymore

24/7 did not work for this location- didn’t know that until we arrived after they were closed- they didn’t do what they should have to make everything work- on the phone for 45 minutes to get things straight

The Uhaul web site did not have accurate information and the computer registration (at the store) was not functioning properly. The Uhaul website indicated that the Hollywood bowl site in Batesville Arkansas had the trailer I was looking for on it's lot. When i got there the Uhaul web registration was not working properly, took almost 45 minutes to finally get registered. When i went outside to get the trailer, the one I needed wasn't there. It took almost as long to cancel the registration as it did to make it. I left there and went to the Home Center Site in Ash Flat. Again the Uhaul site was not functioning properly. When I finally got registered I had to leave the Home Center, drive to another site to pick up my trailer, The trailer was not at this site! So I went back to the Home Center and found a trailer there that i could use. The sales people were OK at both stores but the Uhaul website was inaccurate and the web registration process, as stated earlier, did not work properly. Once again < I do not have a problem with the folks who waited on me. My issue is with Uhaul. I bet the poor lady at Hollywood Bowl entered the registration data 10 times before it finally worked. Ridiculous! If I can help it I will not use Uhaul again nor will I recommend you guys to anyone else.

The location given my by UHAUL didn't open when they said it would. 10am instead of 7am. When they finally opened, they informed me they were only a drop-off location, and didn't rent. They sent me to a hardware store (that opened at 6am). Once there, it was seamless, but It put me 4 hours behind on my move and consequently added an extra day. The truck was very dirty and only on a 1/4 tank. I ended up returning it at 1/2 tank because I didn't know how much fuel it would take to get to the final destination. I have used UHAUL often, and most pickup locations were great. Was disappointed.

Building was wide open on a Sunday afternoon and no one was around. Called the number on the paperwork and they said that was ok just lock truck and leave I do not think they understood I was tring to tell them an Orschelin Store was completely unlocked and open with no one there.

The problem was not with the location. The problem was that I reserved a 26 Ft truck in July. They knew there was a issue Sept19 and that someone had "bumped' my reservation, but no one notified me. I was moving my 90 year old mother 260 miles, so returning for more of her things was not an option. We had to make do with a smaller truck and a trailer, which had to be driven and towed 260 miles by my son who was inexperienced in driving and pulling a trailer. Extreme poor way to run a business. What good is it to make a reservation and EXPRESS CHECK IN ON LINE A FEW DAYS AHEAD OF TIME!!!! If someone is going to "bump" you and take the truck you have reserved??? Yes, they knocked some off of the bill, but that is beside the point. It was very inconvenient and very dangerous.

RSS was closed so it was dropped off at the replacement site. Uhaul needs to keep up with closures. I called ahead so I knew the info but if I hadn't the truck would have been dropped off at a closed site!!
