Using the website to return and having to take 15 pictures is ridiculous. I will warn other customers.

Good customer service
Paulina GMight be good to know ahead of time that when you return on a one-way rental, you have to be at the return location on the U-Haul app. I had no idea and we had to drive back 20 miles to do it. Other than that it was a good experience.
