If sure would be great if Uhaul could figure out how to charge the individual renting(ME) for my clients(the folks doing the actual moving) ONE TIME for the total amount of the rental. I am getting a receipt and then when my next client goes to pick up a rental I have paid for, there is an alert on my account as Uhaul has to charge piece meal instead of charging me one fee pursuant to the rental drop off. I am a program manager for vulnerable and disabled individuals who we keep housed. When I am spending 3 hours on the phone with Uhaul to get an alert removed from my account, a homeless or disabled person goes without my assistance as I am wasting time trying to pay for a service I thought I already paid for. Happy to discuss.
