Customer service counts for 99% of the experience, and the man that helped me was a pretty cool character. The actual pull behind enclosed trailer had a bad shimmy between 20 and 30 mph when unloaded. Made me consider going back and exchanging it for another. Once loaded it did fine.
John GWe had a blow out 30 mins after picking up out 6x12 rental. The location was already closed for the day, which I knew so I called customer service and they immediately sent out a technician to replace the blown out tire. I got calls every 30 mins from customer service to make sure the technician had arrived and that everything was done to my satisfaction!! I have never dealt with such an Amazing company and and was made to felt like their most valuable customer!!
