Vehicles need to be cleaned,parking lot was dirty an had to dodge around oncoming cars while attempting to take pictures..also took over 20 minutes to go through the app to get the keys to begin the other 10 minute phone process..then time to do the whole process over again for return..so close to a hour out of my rental time was wasted

Truck had sticky stuff in it. I also was unaware I needed to put Gemma’s in it. Charge was extremely excessive. Probably won’t rent a u-haul again

MARTI NThe rental location was very sketchy and not clean at all. The lady that was working the computer was rude and did not seem to know what she was doing. Truck was clean but had no available moving blankets and the dolly was just loose in the back of the truck to be thrown around while I drove.
