This was an excellent Drop-off Location for me. I loved it.

jose lI had to rent a U-Haul because the the bearings on my trailer went bad in hickory flat, ms. I’m from hot springs, ar and was on my way to Birmingham. I’ve never rented one before and was told to make the reservation online. Did that, however, it was optional to select a drop off location so I didn’t as I didn’t know. Somehow the contract stated it would go back to Ashland. If I didn’t select it then it shouldn’t have been changed without my consent. The trailer was also not hitched properly. My only positive was the flat tire was prompt fixed through U-Haul road side assistance.
