Ron who operates this location was excellent: very thorough, kind, quick, and gracious. During After-Hours return, I was not able to get a signal to do the online check-in, so I called your 888 number to get helped. That person was very capable and kind. I would like to have an online screen experience on my Apple phone that was better. When the screen that says it cannot place my location comes up, there needs to be the 888 number right on that screen, too. In THIS case, the Rental Pick Up (and drop off) Location is in an area with a low signal. Further, when there is such a low signal that the online Check In cannot be accomplished, then it would be good for the person on the 888 number to have the "authority" to assure the customer that the surcharge for just dropping off the keys and not checking in online will be waived then and there - - without my having to call the proprietor of this Rental Pick Up Location to make sure he did not charge me. Thank you for this opportunity to state possible improvements for your fine business, U-Haul!!

Let them know the link for pictures offers camera and you don’t have to take pictures with your phone first as it doesn’t load that way. Otherwise terrific! Ive rented there before and would do it again!
