The truck was filthy. Equipment was missing and although we were credited for it the inconvenience of not having it far outweighed the $7 credit. There were no lights at the location for after dark drop off and they claimed the gas gauge was at a quarter of a tank and I was charged over $28 for gas and a $30 derive charge. For the record the gas was virtually on empty and the empty light came on after driving about 12 miles. I filled up the tank to exactly were the gauge was when I picked it up.

ROBERT NWhen started the engine of the truck it immediately showed an oil warning light on the instrument panel. I drove straight to a gas station and put 3 quarts of oil into it which brought it up to the bottom of the safe range on the dip stick (so it will need another quart soon). The oil cost me $30. How can I get reimbursed for that? Also, when I reserved the truck, I requested a furniture dolly, not a hand truck, but I was given a hand truck and no dolly. How to I get reimbursed for the cost of the dolly which I didn't get?
