This is your best U-Haul location in the Ashland, Talent, and Phoenix area! Ron is absolutely fabulous and goes out of his way to help and get what you need. He is very responsive and his communication is excellent. If he doesn't have the truck or equipment you need he will personally go get it and have it available at his Ashland location. Be sure you tell that to the U-Haul dispatcher if they try to move your pick-up reservation to a different location one or two days before your reservation date. I used this location twice over a two week time period, and both times the service was outstanding! Highly recommend!

It was fine. Weird, but fine.
Richard BWhen i returned the trailer, there was no attendant despite the open hrs. However, when i called, they said to simply drop it. They checked it in later. All is good but at the time i felt the need to call the 888 number just to mention i returned the trialer. I took pictures to prove, JIC the return is not completed properly
