I was charged a fee of $27. When I called to ask why, I was told it was because we hadn’t swept the truck or put the pads back in the bags. Well, we had to tear the bags open because they were completely sealed making it impossible to return the pads into the torn bags. No one had ever told us we needed to do either of those tasks before we returned the truck. Not happy with this!

I returned the truck in perfect condition, but now they are trying to charge me for damage to the passenger window that was not there when I dropped it off. Whole experience was miserable, and I don’t think I will ever use U-Haul again
