My one comment is that there is scale or some substance that does not come off, that makes driving into the sun very dangerous. Fortunately we didn't have to travel very long that direction. As the U-hauls move about, I don't know if you have a way to take care of this problem. It would be better to take it off-line to clean the windshield. I am Paul Johnson, and used the 10 foot van 2-13 to 2-15 of 2026, at Tomlinson Towing in Ashland, WI so you can know which van. Tank you. We were able to accomplish our mission for which we are thankful.

JASON GDrop by & check it out. Perhaps I expect too much, but “the customer is always wrong” attitude prevailed. Waiting for the credit to my account & glad I took a picture of the dented truck before leaving.
EDWARD DI have contacted uhaul and provide a report related to the vehicle having bald tires and wires showing and no fluid for window wash. My family was put at risk and we did not notice the tires until we were halfway home. The trip was almost 1300 miles in the winter, mountains, etc.. horrible experience.
