The option to pick up the truck was not available on the app when I arrived at the location. I waited on hold for awhile and when I finally got connected the call dropped and I had to wait on hold again for the agent to reset the pick up truck option so that I could complete the check in. The truck was also poorly maintainted (hard time shifting gears, the passenger side mirror was broken in a way that made it dangerous to drive since it did not hold a position, and the windshield was cracked).
