CLIFTON MMake sure your vehicles have automatic transmission fluid in them so your tow truck driver that finally arrives, tells you you have no automatic transmission fluid And you need to get To a gas station or some where to buy a whole jug of transmission fluid put the whole thing in and get the hell back to where ever junk place the truck came from. Don't get stranded in the middle of the night with a faulty broken down vehicle and have to find a place to even buy transmission fluid and pay for it out of your own pocket. Like I did and Then finally get back Home and deal with a rude unprofessional woman that wouldn't listen to the problems you had or even care about what you went through to get back. She didn't care about the problems you had with their faulty vehicle so late at night into the wee hours of the early morning. When you wasn't able to get a hold of anyone to talk to right away and you were sitting there hungry, stranded and scared in the dark. And I am a disabled woman that can't even walk well. This woman didn't even look at me or cared about what you been through the whole night into the early morning hours. So we couldn't get the loaded truck unloaded because of the time. And then deal with a uncaring, smug, rude woman telling you you had to make a additional129.00 payment for a additional day that you should not have to pay for because of their faulty truck. Then the woman insist on 129.00 cash money, saying my debit card was the wrong card an wouldn't go through when it was the same card I paid 406.00 to them the day before, and the next day the woman ran additional charges I did not approve of on the same card number she said wouldn't work the day before. Well it went through with no problem. I put the gas back in it before I took it back. She told me to have the truck back by 7:45 which I was there, no one else was there. I had to leave the keys in the lock box then she ran the additional charges after she came and unlocked the door. I really hope no one ever ask me about Uhaul because I won't tell them a lie I will tell them the tragedy that really happened to me. I want my money back, all of it. I got my receipts I'm not well anyway and I didn't appreciate this addition stress and anxiety and the unprofessional rude woman with a bad attitude. Sincerely
