Jeffrey W.I'm a pregnant woman and had the help of 2 people just because I was 7 minutes late of the original time they over charged my card $68. Mind you it had to be dropped off on a Sunday at 2pm it was 2:07pm when I pulled up there trying to back it up!!! Just horrible people if you ask me a pregnant woman with a 3 year old at that doing what she can and only 7 mins late. Yeah never again
