No one was there called the number person was not professional and actually rude! Same the first time we used this place. Took two weeks to say we turned it in good thing I had pictures showing time and date we dropped off!

Somehow they selected that I have all the insurance possible and I didn't select any Nor did I want to pay for it. Also misquoted on the phone about my price and was overcharged
MARK BNobody was unhelpful-- there just weren't any people there. Which wasn't too surprising since it was a pretty small rural-area town (and there was a sheriff deputy parked nearby, so that was re-assuring. Nonetheless, we were a bit nervous about dropping off w/o an inperson sign off, but a helpful UHaul associate made a note on our record over the phone, and of course I took photos to verify no damage. I left feeling very impressed with the whole UHaul experience.
