It was a very easy, convenient pick up process. The employees were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the reservation process and the location employee that checked us in for the reservation didn’t have us make a reservation for a return at a specific location but rather was told I could return the trailer anywhere which ended up not being the case. Hence, returning the trailer was a hassle. I wish we’d been informed better and had the opportunity to make the return reservation.

U-Haul rental store smells like people smoke inside. I purchased a mattress bag and the bag inside the wrapping smelled like smoke since it had been in the store. I had to wait outside because of the smoke smell.
Matthew DGPS will say location is on the right hand side of street, it is not. Look for Uhaul trucks out front. Location is a storage unit and Uhaul rental.
