I was given no drop-off location, only a phone number to call when I arrived in Morro Bay. After the first three people would not help me and simply transferred me to someone else, person four instructed me to drive it 40 miles to Nipomo; this would have resulted in another two hours of driving to get there and back. When I protested and asked what compensation i would get for this long drive, I was only offered an extra day to return the trailer. He then offered that I could drop it off in Atascadero, a twenty mile drive on a two-lane mountain road at 45 mph. When I arrived in Atascadero, the office reeked of cigarette smoke and the person working had no idea I was coming and had to call for more info. There was no place to park the trailer and she could not help me so I had to unhitch the trailer myself and she instructed me to park it in a spot blocking two handicapped parking spaces.
