When picking up the truck, the lady was pretty rude. Got into the truck and it was extremely dirty. I actually had the truck for only two hours and did no moves anything and just took it back. I’m actually going to a different place to rent a truck.

ERIC EThe UHaul had candy wrappers throughout the cab. There was a terrible exhaust leak on the truck when I initially started up the UHaul. Clearly tells me that the Uhaul truck was not cleaned out nor was it inspected to be safely rented out to the next individual. Extremely unhappy with the condition of this truck. Not worth the money.
KEVIN HThe Customer Service at this location was okay. However, the Truck was not maintained at all. All of the service lights were on and the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. There was also a heavy smoking smell. Additionally, this is not the truck I had originally reserved & it was not at the location, I originally reserved to be at. When picking up, they had trucks in the original size that I reserved but was not available to us. The woman I spoke to on the phone from the Akron location was incredibly rude and acted like she was doing me a favor for making sure that I had the truck that I reserved.
