Not staffed. Answering service has no clue about checking in a truck. This location absolutely should NOT be provided as a drop off option for any customers
RICHARD MNo one on site. Online check in was/is a stressful confusing nightmare. Terrible experience. Same awful process experienced several months ago.
Stephen PCab was nasty, we had to wipe the seats, the box was filthy with trash, bucket of pet food spilled out and molded and pet feces. All sorts of trash that I had to clean out, this all delayed our move.
