The Gentlemen who picked up the key was also running the store and was a little undecided if he should help out with the missing dolly or not. I called customer service and the lady was very helpful and he ended up helping as well and all ended up well, I will consider the $12 lost from the dolly payment a donation to the customer service they deserve excellent service!

James B.I called U-Haul and spoke with a live agent to reserve my truck. I was told there would be someone at the counter to complete me reservation. This was not true. For this location reservation has to be completed entirely online and clerk will give out and receive key for truck. Clerk does nothing else at the time I picked my truck up.
