It was after hours and the app glitched and I was unable to get back into it. It is not as user friendly as it could be if the ability to just call and talk to a person would be. I did try to call but was not able to connect with an actual human being. The no response if for U-Haul, not the business the drop off location was at!

Christopher PPlace was closed but very clean and easy to find. I don't agree with the mileage charge as we went to my 2 storage units and we put gas in it. We did this same rental on 7-3-26 with only gas charge as we didn't gas it up .
