The customer service was great, and the pick-up and drop-off processes were quick and easy. The only feedback I have is the mirrors on the truck I rented could be repaired; the mirrors were loose and would move while driving.

ROBERT FI rented moving blankets. When I arrive at my location, I realized the moving blankets were not in the truck. I then called the U-Haul location and told them to credit the account for not providing moving blankets. My account was not credited.
