It takes a long time to get checked in, checking in online does not speed up the process. Bc they fill out the same information again in the store. And the card machines are painfully slow, I have used this location a dozen times, the comments above are the same each time. Today I pulled up to drop off the trailer, the gentleman standing there looked at me, and proceed to empty a garbage can. I wIted, he took the garbage to the dumpster, came back, then walked into the office. I dumped the trailer on the ground and left

This was not entirely the fault of the location, but I called 2 hours before to verify the size of the trailer hitch we needed. I told them that I needed a 2 1/4" ball trailer hitch. I was told they did not typically have it, but I could purchase one in the store "for about $10". However, when we arrived at the store, they did not have that size available (and the ball hitches for sale were more like $25). They convinced us we could rent a 2" hitch and that would work. It did not. We could not pull the trailers with the hitch we rented, so essentially rented a truck for 4 hours that we did not use. In addition, we were told that we could reserve trailer storage spaces at another UHaul location, but learned that location is closed Sundays, which was not explained when I made the reservation (on a Sunday and for that Sunday). We therefore were left with nowhere to store the trailers.

Very nice facility with good crew. However, I do not like the way you billed me during my rental - charges after charges are put through my account causing difficulties against my account balance and available credit. Even though these charges are pending, it doesn't matter because the amount is immediately removed from my account and it goes against my available credit. This is neither justified, nor is it acceptable in the future.

I called to say I needed to return the rental 60 mins later as move was taking longer than expected. The rep said there would be and additional $29.95 added to my bill. I was floored! I hung up and called back about 15 mins later. Spoke with a different rep and asked for a 30 min extension. This time I was told there would be no charge. I just don't understand why acustomer would be charged another day's retaking a 60 min extension. Other than that, the service was good.

This location did a good job taking my reservation and completing the process for a vehicle rental. The reason why I gave it an overall rating of below average is due to the question that I now have on the reliability of the truck that I was rented and the information that I was provided for drop off, mostly concerning vehicle damage. When I got the truck home I noticed that it was leaking fluid under the engine compartment; which, I thought was probably excess oil, since I was parked facing down a slight slope. When I returned the truck I was told that it had a transmission problem. This concerned me because if the truck would have broken down somewhere I would have been in a difficult if not dangerous situation. I am not a truck mechanic and have to rely on the integrity of the people that I am dealing with to provide me with a safe and reliable vehicle. I also expected that a company like U-Haul would require a high level of responsibility and concern on the part of their business owners for their customers in this respect. This concern is something I will definitely be considering if I ever have do business with U-Haul again.

Fiance was trying to clean the truck to turn it in, one employee said don't worry about it and another shouted to charge us for cleaning. Cool bro. Also got charged an extra $10 for "Coverage" on our towing dolly after paying for insurance on it for the trip. Called to dispute the $10 and was transferred to three different people the "Manager" did not even look up my information before deeming my phone call not worthy and transferring me to another Rep. ridiculous. At least the storage units are nice.

I wish I could remember the Managers name who helped me but she was AMAZING!!!!! Super friendly, professional , personable the list goes on ! I mean she personalized the visit and it made it so stress free that Uhaul should be honored to have her. I was also helped by Jessie who was very polite and very good at his job. I watched him interact with an older gentleman before me and he was so patient and polite, it's so nice to see that still. I'm a flight attendant of 15 years and I love to see random acts of kindness and good customer service. This is my 3rd time renting from this location.

The truck got the job done but there were no brake lights, so the brakes light in the cab was on and the truck beeping the whole time I drove it. and the passenger seatbelt buckles were cut off. So the passengers didn't have a safe seat belt..

They charge me for over miles !! They give me 2 day allowed and told me that the won't be additional charge for the miles and they didn't explain about the miles that I should drive and when I over drive the miles and they charge !!
