I realize I came at a busy time, but it took almost an hour to get my vehicle. I had estimated my errands would be about 4 hours, not counting the hour to get the truck, but the clock started at my reservation time, not the time I actually got the truck.

Have the trucks filled to Full Gas Tank! You know how hard it is to estimate 3/4 of a gas tank to a vehicle you don't drive all the time.Even your gas tank estimates you give are wrong and pointed towards Uhaul benefiting! I practically experienced this!

I set up my pickup point so I would have easy access to get the truck, I got an email 2 days before and said I couldn't pick it up at my requested spot I would have to go someplace else. I am handicapped I am a senior and that just was not acceptable and no one in your organization cared I had to hire someone to get me to the site to pick the truck up. I ordered the truck with 2 dollies one for furniture and one regular. The furniture dolly broke immediately the casing on one wheel slid off and it was no longer usable I would like a refund for that. After everything I went through with U-Haul I will never choose U-Haul again to go anywhere. I will say however the woman I dealt with at the pickup point was fabulous she worked very hard to get everything done and done correctly.

Christina Lyvonne You were already aware of that U-Haul has extremely low ratings it your self savanna location. It is even worse because the general manager Lyvonne is rude and inattentive and friendly I routed a van and I also rented a small storage space which I intend on vacating as soon as I can move it in another storage. Lyvonne the general manager was rude and when I told her she it was my turn and she was ignoring me .... she didn’t pay attention to what I was saying to her and didn’t even look me in the eye ... she became angry and combative. To make things worse another worker there Christina jumped into the conversation and told me that Lvonne was not inattentive and didn’t ignore me. She obviously has very poor training she should not have even gotten involved in the conversation. I would not have complained if there wasn’t a problem. And that store would not have such low ratings as well as so many people saying bad things about the employees there at South Havana. Right now Storage is doing well; however, for the first time in many years more people are moving out of Colorado than into Colorado. Initially there will be more people moving storage is they move away but that will change. U-Haul’s refusal to do anything about very bad service itself Havana will probably change the way you make money in storage. I will store my things somewhere else and I need a larger storage unit anyway at least a 15 x 30. And I don’t see why anyone would store there with the rude people that work for you. What I am saying is backed up by your ratings on the Internet and but also what people are saying about the store on South Havana. When Christina joined in with Lavonne I felt it was a very hostile environment and of course I wouldn’t stay there if I hadn’t already paid

Put the address of the location on the confirmation email, not just the name of the location. The name is not descriptive and I have multiple times ended up at the wrong location.

wondering why was charged 9 $ EZ Fuel sale , i did fill up the gas passed quarter , as i was told which is 4 gallons .26 miles with 4 gallons + 9 $ charged , shame on you

Used online check in. Thought it was very slow and cumbersome. So much of the information required could have been submitted in advance. When it was time to get the keys the app sent us inside to retrieve them however they were actually locked in the rear of truck. What made things worse is the customer service representative inside was so condescending about this information.

Our reservation pick up place changed 2 days prior to us getting the truck. You changed it. 45 min from home! You didn’t give us the rate that we were quoted Higher tax rate where we had to pick it up. And you made us pay it even though it was not our fault. Truck ran awful. And it was almost empty so had to fill it and drive almost an hour to get home before we could actually start packing.

I'm sure why it cost so much when I got a 19.99 + insurance + mileage = 64.95 WOW, that is sure a lot for not that many Mileage and only having the truck for 4 hours, other than that the last experience was very good this one is not as and I did about the same mileage I'm still trying to do the math..
