After Hours Help: Abi Sandoval Text: [redacted] Yesterday when I arrived to unload my truck and put everything into the storage for some reason, the door was not working. I was able to check-in and swipe my card at the double doors but they were locked and I was not gaining access through the side door. I called the number on the keypad. after explaining to Abi my situation, she said that there was nothing she can do until tomorrow. I informed her that I will be leaving town tonight and would not be in the state. She said she would only be able to give me one day extra on my U-Haul truck, which is ridiculous because I told her I would be out of state. I asked her is there a code that I can enter to gain access because when you clicked the keypad it would illuminate so I asked the repeatedly is there a code I can use to gain access. She vehemently said no, and there was nothing she could do until tomorrow. Feeling frustrated at the situation I hung up on her and proceeded to call the U-Haul customer service, I explained everything to the rep on the phone on Krystal and she told me that if I login to my U-Haul app that the code to gain access is right there, so said so done she was able to give me the information I needed and I was able to gain access to the building. My point of contention being Abi said there was nothing I could do and that I would have to wait whereas Krystal listened to my complaints and was able to find a solution, the manner in which I was talked to and was told that I basically had to suck it for the most part until tomorrow was completely unacceptable. seeing as my issue was fixed so eloquently by Krystal. And the cherry on top is that is that the location U-Haul Moving & Storage of Iliff was giving me a cheaper price for unit and closer to my house, but I decided to go back because I had a storage unit before.

Michelle H | Overall ExperienceThe cleaning staff was very nice, almost more helpful than the office. Each time (x4) i visited the office there was only 1 employee working. On my visit to rent a truck to empty my unit, the employee was no where to be found, I later discovered he was working on his car during business hours and had walked all around for 15 minutes trying to find someone to help. Overall storage was fine, I like having a code however people can just walk in with the sliding door if someone is exiting. The elevator was down on 2 occasions and the manager had no solution except the emergency stairs,(not helpful when moving out/in).

We used the free lock to lock the unit and then when we came back later in the day, the lock would not open. So I came back today to talk to Abi, the manager, and she was very helpful at getting the defective lock removed. I am very happy with the service I have received from this location.
