I reserved the truck for 12pm and had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the guy to actually show up to his job, which shows it opens at 10:45am on google.

Store was closed. Luckily neighbor called owner and figured out a way to get truck. Not the correct way. U-Haul called after I got the truck and said Previous customer did not return truck on time - LIE!!! Very disappointing. I had movers scheduled and was late to meet them.
Mike DRight after submitting my phone number in the application I got hundreds of phone calls and WhatsApp messages with SPAM, TF uhaul, selling your customers info? Plus I denied the $15 insurance in the application, final bill I got charged the $15. Disappointed. Not using uhaul ever again.
