The rental van smelled like manure. It needs to be ozone blasted. It made all of the furniture and items we moved smelled also. I don't think it's reasonable to charge that much per mile. There should be some grace miles since the customers need to drive it to a location and back to the drop off.
David YEmployee did the absolute bare minimum of work. Got my gas level wrong so I got ripped off 30 bucks. Very frustrating.
