The location is a little dark and scary, more lighting would make me feel more safe! Otherwise great experience and easy enough self service
Olivia HTruck was a little muddy from the recent storm and the milage/gas was off, but the guy working there helped me figure out how to adjust it. Overall, truck ran well, return was easy and the customer service was great!
ELIZABETH MThe yard was dirty and muddy and the truck had mud in the cab when I received it. I did not receive the day-before confirmation call that my equipment was confirmed at my location, so I called Uhaul, got transferred around to 5 different people and then finally got hold of a scheduler who was able to confirm the equipment. When I got to U-haul to pick up my truck and auto transport , they did not have the auto transport on site. This created a scheduling disaster for me and caused me to have to leave a day behind schedule and incur additional costs. I will not be using Uhaul in the future. I will go with Penske instead.
