The app did not work properly for me during after hours pickup, in the rain. None of the pictures saved and I was unable to check the vehicle back in upon my return.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe parking at this location is difficult to manage, especially with a large truck. The hours at this location were 0830 to 1100. This seems incredibly short.
ORLANDO MEasy check in, fair price. Friendly team in Dripping Springs. Will be using uhaul again for sure!
KENT LThe man was very rude. The truck was covered in tree limbs and the truck was filthy covered with bugs and dirt
SHELLIE GWhen I got my final bill, they charged me $10 for 2 gallons of gas. I should’ve taken a picture of where the gas fill line was after I put in 4 gallons of gas before I returned the truck, and I drove only 26 miles in total. Can’t believe that this is something that they can get away with. I’m very disappointed and will not use their services again. I have been in practice as a physician in Austin for almost 40 years, and know that one bad review takes 12 to 14 good reviews to overcome it. I have tried to contact the company, but no one has called me back to explain what transpired.
