The location was good. Their website showed an opening time at 9:00 a.m. Someone was there before 9. I wish we had known that. The truck was clean but had big scratches on the driver's side, which scared us that we would be blamed for it. So, we went back in and paid for insurance. Unfortunately, U-Haul is not asking for a review for the contracted help I paid for, so I'm lumping that review into the pick up review. I paid for three hours of loading help from Trill Movers. They did not show up. I texted three times and called once, with no response. Later I did get a text stating that they, allegedly, had movers with "injury's" and would not commit to a range of time when they could send a team over. They should have contacted me as soon as they knew they wouldn't honor their commitment so I could find other movers. My husband and I had to load the truck ourselves and completely changed our plans for the day.
