The trailer had two tires that were inadequate to travel 2000 miles. They were losing air by the hour.U-Haul’s service agent was quick to get a team to our house to do the repair. However, the service team that did not have the proper equipment to actually complete the job. We were delayed five hours due to the fiasco and arrived at our destination after dark.When we asked U-Haul to refund us for one day, they denied the request and said that we would only receive a $100 rebate.
