I had some trouble closing my unit. Nathan came with me and fixed the dust guard that was keeping the unit from closing properly. Very nice experience
ANNE S | First ImpressionsThe security gate was wide open, anyone could get to the units, nobody questioned us when we entered or exited. We went to get our couch, the only thing we were storing and found that Rats ruined it by burrowed into the couch. The U-Haul manager was unconcerned about my loss, he didn’t offer to compensate me for the loss or to dispose of the couch. He only highlighted the number on the Safestor pamphlet so I can file a claim for the couch. Not only is the couch unusable, I now have to pay to dispose of it.
