Too small drop off area had to be extremely minded to watch for small children due to its location is connected to a park & bar I dropped a 26’ truck & a 6x8 box trailer for U-haul. With no place to really put it.

It was a very busy time, though I waited because I wanted to get a hard copy of my receipt. Basically he checked out the truck said I was short of gas and charged me an extra $12. I explained to him that when I picked up the truck it said it had 127 miles left and when I dropped off the truck it had 140 miles left. never got a hard copy receipt, he said to would be emailed. Only thing I got was an email receipt for the gas charge. Still waiting for final receipt.

Gonzalo FThe trailer had two tires that were inadequate to travel 2000 miles. They were losing air by the hour.U-Haul’s service agent was quick to get a team to our house to do the repair. However, the service team that did not have the proper equipment to actually complete the job. We were delayed five hours due to the fiasco and arrived at our destination after dark.When we asked U-Haul to refund us for one day, they denied the request and said that we would only receive a $100 rebate.
