Whoever runs the front desk has zero manners, horrible customer service, belittling, and demeaning. I would never have him or that facility represent U-haul. I have never had worse service. I took the U-haul on an over full tank, and returned it on a full tank. He embellished the charges and when I inquired about the charges he became extremely aggressive and threatening.

Elizabeth SThe U-Haul’s system-wide website was moving incredibly slow. We had to wait over 90 min to get our rental set up. Apparently, this “outage” was all over the USA. Hopefully U-Haul can fix this issue. The man who was helping us was friendly. I felt bad for him as people were leaving because they got tired of waiting on the U-Haul website.
dianna mToo small drop off area had to be extremely minded to watch for small children due to its location is connected to a park & bar I dropped a 26’ truck & a 6x8 box trailer for U-haul. With no place to really put it.
