Good location being right near a gas station. I was asked by Annette if I needed a dolley and I’m so glad I got one for moving my Washer and Dryer. Unfortunately due to either my own mistake or some issue with the trucks back door not latching, I lost the dolley. But all in all the service was fantastic and I’d recommend this location to my friends.

the rear cargo door and ramp were extremely hard to close. the rust on the door rollers tells me they are not serviced often. this location is excellent and convenient.

Truck (26 foot);(for the mileage and expected wear/tear of a vehicle used by many, many people) was easy to drive, load and unload, and good on fuel. Excellent experience overall. The after hours check-in was a disaster on Friday evening. This is not the location's fault. This is an issue with U-Haul. I was going through the check-in process and when I submitted my picture and driver's license for verification, it denied the rental. I spent the next 2 hours plus on the phone with U-Haul - being transferred, disconnected, re-connected, advised that I could rent on Saturday. 2 hours later the representative finally had me cancel my reservation and make a new one. No one at U-Haul could override the denial and could not explain why the denial was made. Moving is already stressful enough without a huge schedule glitch like this. The inability for the customer service team or their supervisors to correct the issue is unacceptable. The inability for the customer service team or their supervisors to understand the reason for the denial and see what remedy could be done was unacceptable. Vicky Genet was the final person I spoke with and her customer service focus and refusal to give up was the bright spot of the disaster and saved the evening. While we lost 2 precious hours of moving time on Friday evening, Vicky was able to get me the truck. U-Haul needs to figure out a better process. The truck was in place. The keys were in place. Titus Transmissions had done everything correctly. There has to be a way when something like this happens to correct the issue.
