Everything worked out pretty well except for when I went to drop it off on Saturday by 4pm. The address for the drop off closed at noon, so then I got worried and end up taking it to another Anderson address at 2524 S. Scatterfield Rd since they were open until 5pm. I was told by Titus representative that I would need to drop off at an address (that closed at noon before I was able to get it back) but that I needed to pay for any extra miles when i dropped it off. So that is what took me to the other address because I wanted to make sure that I was handling my payment and was able to have someone look the truck rental over, so I wouldn't be charged later for anything.
Gerald SThe app is horrible and while it was supposed to make experience faster it took forever to input everything, take pictures, get second contact verified. App SUCKS plain and simple.

ADEBAYO MLocation perfect, friendly and helpful.The uhaul contract not so good ,if you get stuck in some mud they expect you to pay 450$ just to get you out .Thank goodness have a car club!
