Do not do online or after hours pick-up. The app is a nightmare and there is no on-call person from the rental site to assist. Spent an hour and half on the phone going from customer service rep to customer service rep to figure out how to access the key. Information was poorly presented and the process is tedious and time consuming. Will only do uHaul during open hours.
