I had made a reservation closest to my home and when they confirmed the appointment the pickup changed to a town over 20 miles away and then when I went to pick it up, it was not set up correctly and had to go another 10 miles to a different pickup. It was awful from the point of reservation. Lesson learned to not go through uhaul next time. Still waiting for customer service to call to adjust my bill. Tick tock uhaul…it doesn’t get any better with each passing day. The pickup location was fine…it’s the overall company that has no clue.

24 hour drop off was difficult. Landmarks front drive gate was closed. Uhaul app did not provide gate code to get in the facility for drop off. There were no directions at Landmark.
David RThe gentleman at Landmark Distribution was very helpful. I ran into an issue where my lights weren't connecting properly and he was able to recommend some places locally where I may be able to get that fixed. Afterwards he made sure everything was squared away properly, both with the rental and with making sure the connection was safe and secure.
Joanna RDamon assisted us with drop off. He was proactive, called and was very helpful and informative.
