When we first booked we selected mobile pick up and when the person called to confirm they advised whoever checked us in forgot to put mobile. So she sent us to a new location and advised we could go inside at 8am they would be open. When we arrived at 8am the location wasn’t open at the time provided. So we waited until about 8:15 then called. Customer Service was horrible when we called to find out more information. She actually flat out sighed and huffed on the phone as if we were an inconvenience to her day. We were told whoever opened was running behind so we left and came back about 20 mins later to give them time. And yet still no one there. So we called again and the person who answered nastily told us no one was coming they called out and gave us a different address. We finally were able to get the U-Haul 1 and 1/2 later after driving back and forth due to someone deciding we were an inconvenience to them. I would never refer or use this location again! Oh and we rented a dolly and paid for it and guess what they had none.
