Office agent was very unhelpful at check in. He made me search the entire lot for the truck when he could have chosen the closest one or offered to pull it up for me. The truck was in a location right behind a pole in a blind spot which was very unsettling. The equipment itself had a very loose steering that was difficult to drive safely with and keep within the lane markers. The office agent at drop off was also unhelpful and appeared reluctant to get out from behind the desk and do any sort of work. It seemed like I was bothering him by dropping off the truck. Overall very poor experience and very poor customer service at this location.
