Drop box was unable to be located. I contacted Uhaul support and they couldn't help me find it either. No staff were present. Uhaul support advised I leave the key in the vehicle.

Margaret HThis is an outstanding location to reserve a UHaul. Craig and Chelly are both nice, professional and caring people. This is my 3rd time to rent from this location. Each time has been a wonderful experience. Today’s 26’ truck was like new. - I prefer to call this location and make the reservation directly with Craig or Chelly. It’s done accurately! The only time I had an issue was when I made the reservation on the Ap! Always call the location first to not have any issue. - I have rented Uhaul trucks over 30 times in my life and this location has been my favorite!
Pamela JThis location was fine, but it was nearly 30 miles away from where I wanted to rent and therefore cost me extra money. I reserved a truck in Warsaw Virginia, but when I got there the truck was parked in and the location was not open to give me the key - although it should have been according to the website. I had a guaranteed reservation, but no one has offered me my $50, nor do they seem at all concerned that I paid for at least 30 extra miles. The guy in Aylett was nice, but corporate and the guy in Warsaw were very disappointing.
