Chelly and Craig are outstanding to work with. They are very nice - always. They treat you with respect and go above and beyond. Chelly endured that I had an appliance dolly that we needed to move my washer and dryer. Craig said I could leave the keys in the red box and he’d check it in the next day, which I appreciated immensely since we didn’t finish moving until midnight - exhausted! Truly, this is the most cordial and personable people at this location. Thank you.

Have a dolly on every truck with a ramp secured to the wall as part of the truck rental!!! This is always an issue at every UHaul location and I’ve used UHaul a lot! I had rented a dolly, but this location didn’t have it when I arrived. It made for a really hard and long day for me loading all of the boxes by hand since I was moving by myself! What I thought would have taken 2-3 hours loading took 5 hours!! Same unloading! The representative at the location was very nice. She was very friendly and helpful. Craig had helped me 2 days earlier with storage locations. It is a very nice location. Thank you
