We picked up the trailer on Saturday, got it half loaded and the tire was flat, the place we rented from was closed on Sunday, we had movers hired for Saturday only to not be able to move anything due to poor equipment. The tires were in poor condition and should have been dependable!! We had to find another location, that was open on a Sunday, which was an hour and a half round trip, to exchange the flat tire trailer. I want a refund for my time and trouble, terrible customer service!!! U-Haul needs to reimburse us $98.58.
