Vehicle rentals "have" to be allocated to a customer "sooner than the day before". Your agents should have more discretion in assigning a truck rental if there is one already sitting in their lot. There is a lot of planning to a move by truck and the last thing you need is U-Haul deciding to use a vehicle in a lot the day before it's supposed to be assigned.
