Rachel was amazing. The location was good and she gave clear directions. Unrelated but needed feedback: The only complaint I have about the entire u-haul process is load share which I will not be participating in again. It’s silly to think a normal person can pull that kind of trailer behind their U-Haul. The tarp also blew off partly. It was a real pain to tow. This comment is from a professional driver that helped me get down to my destination.
