They falsely documented the fuel that was in the truck. I took pictures of the mileage and fuel and they still didn't honor what I had and they were very rude on the phone about it

Dropped off at location, front clerk was smoking at the front desk and then threatened to dispute the drop off by saying "I can say on the inspection that you didn't return the equipment." Her work ethic is questionable and out right deceitful.
Zachariah CThe key was hard to access I was standing out there thirty minutes with customer service trying to access the box. The lock is upside down and it’s not well lit. It’s very dark where the trucks are located and key box. The truck was very dirty on the inside and the outside and had food all over the floors. The side of the truck looks as if it was stuck in the mud and we couldn’t see it because it was not well lit upon pickup. I would have changed locations but it was time to start moving my belongings. The grass was grown up around the back of the truck as well
April GI was not unhappy with the location, I was more unhappy with the fact that the original location did not have the truck and we had to drive out to get it several hours after we were supposed to have it.
DAVID SThe truck was not ready when I arrived. Terrible customer service. Was not willing to help when an issue came up. I had to wait on the phone for customer service for over an hour for a problem that wasn’t my fault.
