We basically had to figure everything out for ourselves. Side note:I mistakenly filled up the U-Haul when I received it at about 5/8’s of a tank. I wasn’t compensated for that nor was I compensated for returning the U-Haul back early. That was the only other thing I didn’t appreciate or like about my experience!

The U-Haul service provider was very rude. Long waiting. Mixing up customers who came first with customers who were last. The disrespect of the whole communication and the process. I wouldn’t recommend this place anybody. But if you need to surface and it’s convenient, use it. Just try to be straight to the point. And hopefully you’re the only Customer.
EDNA MI was charged for a late drop off even after completing my mobile check in on time my contract was signed out by the vender without my knowledge when I called the vendor he was rude and hung up in my face stating it wasn’t his problem.
