It was hard to find the place to pick up the truck. When I got there I couldn’t find anyone to give me the keys. I called UHaul to find another truck after looking for about 15 minutes, but when I was driving out the guy came out and said he hadn’t seen me. His office was away from where the truck was and I didn’t see any signs telling me where to go. Also, the truck did not have all the equipment I had asked and paid for.

Dropped off outside normal hours, nice facility
THOMAS RThe truck was dirty and I spent hours try to jump the battery while the crew was waiting to unload the truck. Consequently, the job was delayed and I was charge another day for rent which was completely unfair. Terrible experience!
