Eric BSorry to inform you but I myself will not be using this cite in the near future due to sly comments made by your customer service reps.. The way your rep performed during the pick up of the U Haul rental was very unprofessional and I did not enjoy being spoken to in that manner. She stated That" you better not wreck that truck" in quotation.

KENTON JThere was a group of guys hanging outside of the supermarket (around midnight) smoking and staring at me. Worst part there was no Dropbox for keys. I took the key home to be safe. Next morning I got a call asking where the key was, and then the guy told me that their box was ripped off of the wall!!
