Marc B.The lady here was extraordinarily helpful. She wrote down some phone numbers to call to fix the missing discount but I lost the paper in our jumbled up house. For info purposed the discount was promised because uhaul made us drive an hour out of our way to get a truck on a long distance move. Primed a bunch of discounts to compensate for the extra gas, time, driving, inconvenience. Which is great but also barely covered the added expense of gas on two vehicles to go pickup the truck and then when it is time to pay the discounts are no where to be found and I have to waste more time chasing it. That's on uhaul not the little mom n pop place I dropped it off at who more than happy to help but restricted in permissions. Highly recommend Jack's
