The truck was not ready for my pick up.
DEAN LMy experience with this U-Haul was good and I can’t think of anything that needs to improve
SEAN PThis location was poorly run. We had to wait almost an hour to get our truck due to the truck being parked in and the attendants not knowing their job. We had to call to get someone and then wait until they showed up. They were less than friendly and their location was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. The truck was ok, the back was left open overnight so we had to dry it out from the rain. If we had another option, we would've left. We initially chose a different location but we were transferred to this one 10 miles out of the way, unfortunately I did not see the email until the day of, therefore we paid for 20 extra miles that we wouldn't have if we were at the original location. Overall very unsatisfied with the service.
