This is the second time using this location and both times were horrible. Pick up time was 9:30am. No one showed up until 10:45, and this is AFTER we called the owner. After they finally showed up it took them another 25 minutes to process everything and I had already completed the “advanced check-in. There was another customer there at 9:00am and he was extremely mad. This happened the last time we rented at this location and figured it was a one-off bad experience but it’s just the way they are. Upon returning the rental it took them 35 minutes to close out the transaction and we were the ONLY ones there. We will NEVER rent here again.

DENNIS BIf you don’t mind that the owner smoke indoor and that you will fall cause place is a joke with all that ice I know I did and so the owner! No space to park the trailer and in a blind spot to ! Trailer lights did not work at all I’m lucky no one rear end the car I was towing !
