They charged me an extra fee for gas that already put in the truck.

Jose NThis location save my trip. I had initially reserved a 15 ft the truck for 915 at the 49550 twenty night palms location. I was driving from Los Angeles and needed to pick up a staircase and Joshua tree. I needed the one-way truck back to Los Angeles, and my truck was canceled. After I drove 2 hours to get to the location they called me and told me they never had my reservation. Luckily I was able to connect with the young man at the Ramsey location and banning and he was able to help me. I had to drive from 29 palms back to banning and then go back to Joshua tree. And then back to Los Angeles because someone canceled my truck in route. That's poor customer service and it almost left me stranded. I think her name was " Sequoia, and she said she couldn't find my 9:15 reservation in the system and just offered me a truck 2 hours later. She said that's all she could do and wasn't really understanding
Amy WTruck was dirty, had an exhaust leak, and the pickup experience was atrocious.
Eric Zdon't have a renter waste 2 hrs waiting for someone to give permission to cut off a lock on the cargo door and then tell them they didn't have a dolly but go up street and rent one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!very disappointed ruined day
