Everything was fine, EXCEPT the app is absolutely terrible. I don't think it was just my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 if that helps anyone debug this issue. The issue was that the app kept reloading asking for the same information over and over again. It's a miracle I got through the process. It took about 30 minutes to get the keys for the vehicle because the loading time of the app was so slow and it kept asking me to upload the same information over and over and over and over again. Are you catching my frustration here? I even took some of my anger out on my boss and she did not appreciate that. It wasn't her fault that UHAUL's app is terribly glitchy. Please fix this. It was the same thing checking out and returning the vehicle, which I did twice. TWO RESERVATIONS. Both times the app gave me trouble. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!! It was torture. I felt like crying and I'm a grown-ass man.

Vehicle pickup and delivery was a very easy process... the equipment operates and works fine, the only comment is that if I tried to go above 40 mph, it wouldn't stay in straight line. That wasn't a big problem for me but it could be for aothers. Other than that, all good.
Edgar Stoo far away, only one truck available. Hard to access/locate because of road construction. Owner did not give helpful location info.
Adrianne BDude was awesome and friendly, although not the cleanest, the customer service was good enough that it didn’t matter. He helped me get my refund from the silly lady at the original pick up location that charged me for 11 dollys. Nobody ever needs 11 dolly’s.
