PATRICK BI had a mixed experience with U-Haul. When I returned the truck, I was initially charged for an extra 100 miles, which added another $100 to my bill. It took a couple of calls to get the issue corrected, but they did eventually fix it. I also noticed that the gas gauge was slightly below 3/4 when I picked up the truck, even though I was told it was documented at 3/4. I didn’t want to make a big issue out of it at the time, but I did notice the difference. Overall, I appreciate that they corrected the mileage charge, but the experience could have been smoother and I would recommend taking pictures of the mileage and fuel gauge before leaving with the truck.
