Not a reflection on the location at all. The location was clean and customer service could not have been better. The vehicle however, as soon as I opened the door it smelled of BO and everything you could touch was sticky. The rear end was howling, probably needs an entire replacement and was in desperate need of an alignment, it felt like I was all over the road. The catalytic converter needs replaced. Every time I went up a hill you could smell it. I get that it’s hard to maintain these vehicles because people who rent them do not take care of them, it’s not theirs and unfortunately that’s how people are. I was also charged an additional 22.00 because the gas was not exactly where it was when I picked it up but at 1.09 per mile + the rental charge there should be a little leeway there. It’s next to impossible to get it exact unless you over fill it, but I bet at that point I wouldn’t be credited for the overage so it’s a no win situation for the customer.

Nowhere to park the 26’ truck and nobody there to assist.
Christopher AEverything went smoothly only issue was limited to no parking during pickup, This location was very out of my way due to a truck availability issue that u-haul online booking did not property display. However this location was helpful in accommodating the later pick up time.
