We booked a trailer from Whitecourt over a 10 days ahead. We were told 2 days ahead that we can't have a trailer how about a truck? Went to pick up the truck on the designated morning and no truck. Then we went on a roulette table of truck sizes and locations. Don was great on his end but the whole process was not an adventure. The folks at the CO-OP pick up were indifferent and abrupt. A shout out to Melissa in Whitecourt for finding solutions for us. I would spend extra time and buy coffee for that woman!
Robert MI’m partial to the ability to make arrangements face to face. Online/Phone for contract and payment arrangement is not an elevated service experience.
Richard KMy price estimate was given in kms and my final price was calculated in miles. This is absolutely false advertising and I ended up owing $144 more than the estimate. I don’t mind a small difference and paying it but making the estimate and the price in two completely measurements isn’t right. But the truck was excellent.
