Did not realize it was not a business with people attending, just pick up location. So that was odd. And the online process was not super easy and we ended up calling the location with no people there to redo the setup for rental.

Richard CThis is the only location that doesn't have anybody help you to hook your trailer and check the trailer lights. You need to do everything by yourself. I need to do everything by myself on this Barrhead location. Very poor service.

They steal your money charge you $20.00 they call convenience charge to get your deposit back. They have no customer service skills at all.Don’t rent from these guys save yourself a headace
