Dan from Barrhead was a lifesaver, seeing that the fella in Drayton Valley gave away my unit, and was no help at all at trying to help. His comment of “I’m just a dealer, call U-Haul” as he slammed his way into his office. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with the Drayton Valley fella. With the positive attitude and energy from Dan in Barrhead I really didn’t mind the extra driving time. 5 stars for Dan from Barrhead Drayton Valley fella should not be the face of UHaul period.

Not having to drive so far to drop the U-Haul off with not the greatest directions for two people who don't know St. Albert.

James HLet your customers know there will be no person at the location to assist in any manner. Customers must also be aware they are responsible to inspect for ANY type of issue whether it's a scratch,dent,malfunction, etc etc.should also be a big cut on the bill for the responsibility put on the customers....
