My overall experience was great with Uhaul Dunlop st. Customer service rep was great to deal with. Very quick and helpful service. Truck was in good shape and had windshield washer fluid. I was surprised. My suggestion for this location would be salting and maintaining the parking lot. This was a very dangerous area for slip and fall or car accidents happening. Virtual skating rink. Seems there are misleading locations for renting from uhaul in Barrie. Try and clean up your website and make it clearer for the customer to find the proper office to go to. Hope this helps. This is my second time using this location and I am completely satisfied with the excellent customer service.
TRACY MThis is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were sent to five different locations across the city, including a warehouse, a retail store, and a storage facility, all due to errors on your team’s part. Because of these mistakes and a snowstorm that hit unexpectedly, we lost an hour and a half of daylight. As a result, we had to drive in dangerous nighttime conditions on icy, snow-covered roads to complete our move, which was scheduled to be finished during daylight hours. While initially everything seemed to proceed smoothly, the sequence of errors and poor planning led to a highly hazardous situation. Given the severity of the inconvenience and danger involved, we believe we are entitled to a full refund. This situation was beyond our control, and your company should take responsibility for the significant safety risks and disruptions caused.
