I went the the assigned location and once I started going through the self checkout procedures I was having issues only to discover that the truck was at another location. There was no notification that the location was moved and this was a real frustration. A simple email/text or phone call to say we have moved your pick up location would have been a simple thing to do.
MICHAEL OOne of the tires was very low. They could not do anything and I had to go to a service station to get it filled. Cost me $2.50. The online driver addition did not work and had to get drivers down to the location to add on. Finally , did not get a final credit card receipt with a credit. Tried calling office , no pick up , no reply
GLENN PArea is under construction. Parking area was very close to retail location. Very nice staff.
Elizabeth WI got charged extra for the fuel, even though I fueled up the truck before returning it. This is theft, I should have never fueled it, if I had known that I would be charged regardless. First time using this location, would never use it again.
