The owner was rude. He did not help for trailer lock. I was overcharged for a 4 x 7 flat trailer while i did not ask for any additional option. The balance of the over charge still is not returned to my account after five days. The owner doesn't reply to text message. At the spot that I picked up the trailer there was a pond. I know we have had a lot of snow but maintenance should be a factor in a business. There is no indication of this at all. I had to park down the road and across the street on picking p a uhaul van as well returning it there was no where to park so on a Sunday had to call them and was advised just leave it in Tim Hortons parking lot across the street and down the road The whole place looks run down and sketchy. Would of preferred if I could of gotten the 10' cube van at alt location
SANDRA BThis location is too small to be a host for uhaul. Plus the guy had to be called to show up as he had customers waiting to rent. They didn’t even have the requested trailer and was sent to another location to get the trailer.
