We went to their suggested Bayfield location as tow dolly was buried in snow. The Bayfield location dolly was clean and ready but they sent us back to Bradford location. Had to help pull the dolly out of snow and then had to clean it off.

The vehicle requested could not be provided and was not ready. The substitute vehicle had the engine light on and the storage box was filthy, with a urine soaked moving blanket in the rear. Additionally I have been charged an amount greater than what was agreed upon as well. I have contacted customer service, I spoke with a nice gentleman named Steve. Steve informed me that a refund will be administered and that the regional manager Ravidar Maan will be in contact to finalize and correct the invoice..

CHARNJOT MI paid for renting a dolly but when I went to mobile pick up my u-haul there was not one there. The person I spoke with asked me if I “really needed it” because it was more work for him to get it for me. He refunded the rental cost. I could not open the back door from outside, the person said it was because it was cold and said to wait for the vehicle to warm up. It never opened from the back all day, I had to climb in the side to open it. I was called less than an hour after I left because my vehicle was not parked in the right spot, the person could have told me that in person when l was there. I will lot use this location again and would not recommend it
Marissa EStaff was rude and dishonest. Vehicle as more mileage than documented. Less gas than documented. Vehicle was dirty. Will never return here.
