The location needs a new machine to accept debit cards for payment and not just credit cards. Other then that everything was fine.

I paid extra to drop off the trailer here rushed got there at 2:40 and another guy was returning too to findout they closed for no apparent reason when closing time was 3 called and finally got Ali on phone who should learn customer service and was told to drop off at another Barrie location after arguing with me and one point hung up and called again as I told him I will call headoffice which I will this week as this is unacceptable when it ahows pickup and drop off locations confirmed. Very unhappy with this location!

Arash AWe went to their suggested Bayfield location as tow dolly was buried in snow. The Bayfield location dolly was clean and ready but they sent us back to Bradford location. Had to help pull the dolly out of snow and then had to clean it off.
